End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. General Provisions
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA") governs the use of the software provided by Juan Antonio López González (hereinafter "Licensor") by the end user (hereinafter "Licensee"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the software. The license is limited to the contractually agreed purpose.

3. Permitted Use
The Licensee may only use the software for its intended purpose and within the scope of the acquired license.

4. Restrictions on Use
The Licensee is prohibited from:

  • reproducing, selling, renting, or leasing the software,

  • decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or otherwise modifying the software,

  • distributing the software or its components to third parties,

  • using the software for illegal purposes.

5. Ownership Rights
The Licensor remains the exclusive owner of all rights to the software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer and Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. The Licensor assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Updates and Support
The Licensor is not obligated to provide updates or support unless expressly agreed upon contractually.

8. Term and Termination
This license remains valid until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this license at any time if the Licensee violates the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete the software and all copies.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the Licensor’s registered office.

10. Final Provisions
If any provisions of this EULA are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
